• Milestone: Acceptance Test - Reconfigure Old Server to New Acceptance test server

  9 months late (02/15/08)

  • Dependent mostly on BG to reinstall and setup OS, MySQL, other apps, and access to match the production server. This has been pushed back for months as OIT has higher priorites for BG's time.
  • STG experts to setup Maven to do nightly view, docs, secure deployments to test server.
  • Implement deployment process on production system using test deployment or snapshot version with OIT specific files in the build.

• Milestone: Auto Build and Deployment for Docs, Admin, and View App

  6 months late (05/31/08)

  • STILL WAITING ON TEST SERVER CONFIGURATION
  • Install and configure Maven on test server and prod server
  • chron job on the test server to do a nightly checkout/build from the repository for the docs app and view app and deploy to the test server.
  • Similar thing for the production server but will be a weekly Mid Friday build/deployment or will get the thurs build from releases.

• Milestone: Community Profile Refinements

  Due in 1 month (12/31/08)

  Need to implement an intro page, builder path and report page complete with controllers that set selected parameters and passes to report xslt. First page is an overview and community type selection page. Next page is a builder page that has those indicators that have a view for that community type and has options to select other communities for comparison. Can also select pre defined indicator sets or allow user to select their own sets.

  This is probably a community funded event or if EPHT needs this type of functionality.
